How to use Pitney Bowes USPS Metered mail Delivery Confirmation? Hi! In my office, we use a Pitney Bowes metered label printer to send mail. I chose to add Delivery Confirmation to my Priority flat rate package. How will I know it’s been delivered? I don’t think this printer machine gave me a tracking number. Thanks!
I work for Pitney Bowes, and I help support these types of customer transactions. With the information you provided in your question, I can point you in this direction:
If you sent the item with E-Delivery Confirmation, tracking details, such as the tracking # and delivery status is available at http://www.pb.com.
If Delivery Confirmation (No E) was used instead, delivery information such as the tracking # and delivery status can be found at http://www.usps.com.
I hope that gets you pointed in the right direction.
