Comment made on July 27th, 2009 at 9:45 amo tax lien advice makes a great video subject though if i may make a suggestion ? if you click onto your account and look for your “higher quality video play”. if you choose this feature people can play the video without any pauses in the video playback its playback is completely unbroken unless the viewer chooses to pause the video. I hope this helps, If i may ask a question ? ( and no worries if not) As a UK Citizen do i need to fill in a W8 form to buy OTC Tax liens ? my best regards.
