My honest recommendation is http://www.taxliensecret.com course. I’ve read it few times, and 3 weeks ago started investing in tax liens only with knowledge from this course. At first I thought it is a bit expensive, but now I would pay even 1000$ for it.
My case: I’ve bought tax lien certificate on one property worth $96 000 for 850$ and my guaranteed income is 24%.
