I would agree to it but we need like five more cities to have a team so we can have an equal teams setup in each conference
References :
First off, the insiders know that the Chargers are going to LA as soon as the new stadium opens.

The "perfectly good" stadium in San Antonio is known to need $100-150 million in improvements for an NFL team. It wasn't state-of-the-art in 1993 when it opened, and now it is 16 years further behind. And the San Antonio metro area simply isn't that large, so the Jaguars would be trading one small market for another.

Oklahoma City is a similar situation, with the added problem of no stadium, so somebody would be looking at paying $600 million for that. And it's common knowledge out there how the cowboys screwed the taxpayers for their new temple, so Oklahoma voters will be warned. Plus that city is very close to Dallas, so it would be a divided market.

Jacksonville does need to move, but I do not see either of the cities mentioned as an answer.
References :
LA already has a pro football team that pays its athletes pretty well. It's the U$C Trojans.
References :
Chiefs should move to Oklahoma City. Not San Antonio, it just doesn't fit in being an NFL city.
References :
San Antonio. They have a perfectly good stadium that's just been sitting there for years without a team. Well, except the Spurs, but they're a basketball team. I mean, seriously, a basketball team playing in a football stadium, are you kidding me? This isn't the Final Four. Thank God they have their own arena now.
References :
Normally; I'd be against adding another team from Texas because the majority of fans there are avid Cowboys supporters. But with the decent draw of the Texans, and how fantastic the fans of San Antonio are for their Spurs; I think a team could possibly work in San Antonio.

As for Oklahoma City; I'm going to explain why to me it's a resounding no that it wouldn't work. For many of the same reasons it didn't work in Jacksonville. Just like Jacksonville (Florida Gators) and lets say Omaha, Nebraska (Nebraska Cornhuskers), Oklahoma City and Oklahoma (Sooners) in general is big-time college football territory. Adding a team to these areas would be like Kentucky or Kansas adding an NBA Team. The college games are so huge in these areas; that anything other then College Basketball or Football would take a major backseat.

It's a shame it be such a difficult process to award Las Vegas a team; it would be a crazy atmosphere and one more added plus to a fun city. Just too many rivers to cross at this time really.

Toronto in recent years have also lobbied heavily for an NFL franchise; and they even have aspirations to host more then one Bills game in the future. With the growing tension of Buffalo, the city and it's fans; it could be a possibility though slim that the Bills move across the border to become the NFL's first Canadian franchise.
References :
That is up to the bank. They may not like the fact you are married to a tax lien. If you have some separate resources and he basically has nothing, you might be able to "loan" him enough to settle with IRS for less than full payment. I have had a few clients I have done that for.
References :
I am an enrolled agent who is licensed by the Treasury Department to represent taxpayers the same as attorneys and CPAs. I specialize in representing taxpayers who owe a lot of back tax or unfiled returns. Your big mess is my ordinary day at the office. If you want additional help you can send email through my profile.
